RESERVATIONS:

All daily rates are based on double occupancy and include a full, sumptuous and nutritious breakfast. PLEASE NOTE: There is a 2-night Minimum Stay, Friday thru Sunday, during Holidays & Peak Fall Foliage Season (Sept. 20 - Oct. 20).

Check-in time: 4:00 to 8:00 pm
Check-out time: Flexible.

We require a deposit of 1/2 your total stay to confirm your reservation. If staying only one night, the full amount must be submitted. We accept personal checks, money orders or travelers' checks. (Our apologies for not taking credit cards.)

CANCELATION POLICY:

Deposits are 100% refunded if you notify us 14 days or more prior to your arrival date. With less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be honored for your future stay, if within the current calendar year.

There will be no refunds for Holiday weekends, Middlebury graduations / parents' weekends / homecomings, or stays of 7 or more days, unless rooms can be rebooked.

CHILDREN:

Children 12 years and older welcome. For guests with younger children, please call before making reservations.

Pet Policy:

Well-behaved pets are always welcome. Prior arrangement with owner plus a $50 damage deposit are required.
