The VERMONT ROOM, our smallest room, is located on the ground floor. It is fully carpeted, with double bed, European goose down duvet and matching pillows. It includes a 20" state-of-the-art flat-panel satelite TV, large closet and private bath.

The RUSTIC CABIN, our most affordable lodging and perfect for longer stays, is nestled into a very private setting (approx. 75 ft behind the main house) that includes a view of beautiful Mt. Abraham. This year-round, heated cabin has a double bed with quilts and warming blanket, microwave oven, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, electric water kettle, toaster, plus a full set of dishes and silverware and flat-screen TV with DVD and VCR player. A B-B-Q grill is also available upon request. Bathroom facilities are located inside the main house
from a private entrance.

GREAT ROOM
The Great Room is available to all our guests during any time of the day. Here, guests can enjoy our state-of-the-art, flat-panel satellite TV with VCR/DVD player, an extensive CD collection, and radio. Our large soapstone wood stove will keep you warm during cool fall and cold winter days. A sliding door gives access to our spacious deck with a commanding view of sunrises and sunsets over Mt. Abraham and Lincoln Mountain.

All daily rates are based on double occupancy and include a full, sumptuous and nutritious breakfast. PLEASE NOTE: We Require a 2-Day Minimum Stay During Holidays
& Peak Fall Foliage Season (Sept. 20 - Oct. 20).

Check-in time: 4:00 to 8:00 pm
Check-out time: Flexible.

Reservations are confirmed with a deposit of a one-night stay.
We accept personal checks, money orders or travelers' checks.
(Our apologies for not taking credit cards.)

CANCELATION POLICY:
Deposits are 100% refunded if you notify us 14 days or more prior to your arrival date.
With less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be honored for your future stay,
if within the current calendar year.

These two rooms are located on the first floor and share a bath. Private baths can be arranged at a higher rate. (See rates schedule.) Both these spacious rooms have country-contemporary appointed decor with locally-crafted quilts, warming blankets, individual thermostats, luggage racks, fans and coffee makers.
